It is for someone with planning experience and awareness/experience with related public health issues, especially around "active living." The position is at the Dept of Health and Human Services, in the Raleigh/Wake County area. The North Carolina Community Transformation Grant (CTG) Project Active Living Coordinator<http://agency.governmentjobs.com/northcarolina/default.cfm?a… position is now posted. The position will provide technical assistance to 10 CTG Project regional grantees on integrating health considerations into comprehensive plans; developing and implementing strategies to increase access to places for physical activity including Joint Use Agreements and building key partnerships to support these active living strategies.
