[H+T--Friends] Walking a lot but not going very far

This has an interesting wrinkle on the walking for health debate. The author tracked his miles covered using a phone app and found our he walked a lot, but not very far. I live in Manhattan and walk just about everywhere I go. I walk to work, the grocery store, my son's day care, most errands, out to dinner, plus other regular and infrequent places I go.
