Hello everyone,
Hope you are all well, and staying safe and healthy. I would like to inform you about a
new survey-based study examining "social interactions, trips, and wellbeing"
during COVID-19 confinement.
We would very much appreciate if you can fill the survey and share it with your family,
friends, colleagues, etc. As of now, we have the survey available in both English and
French.
Please see below for more information about the study as well as the direct links to the
survey.

How have your social interactions and daily trips changed? How do you feel about those
changes?
Owen Waygood (Polytechnique Montréal) in collaboration with colleagues Genevieve Boisjoly
(Polytechnique Montréal), Kevin Manaugh (McGill University), and Ipek Sener (Texas A&M
Transportation Institute) have launched a survey that wants to know just that.
The research looks to better understand about how your living context (i.e., type of
building you live in, what your local environment is) might interact with the types of
trips you are making, the types of social interactions you are having, and your wellbeing
during this unprecedented time. Perhaps you are enjoying this time - reaching out to
people you haven't heard from in ages, or maybe you're really pining for human
contact. There are a wide variety of responses that people will have and we hope to know
how to improve conditions for the near present and any future such events.
The survey takes around 20 minutes, with an additional section on children at the end that
takes around 5 minutes. It is open to any adult (as defined by the law and culture where
they live).
Thank you for taking the survey and for sharing it!
