It is fascinating and dismaying to me that a report like this can be written, with no
mention whatsoever of equity, environmental justice, disadvantaged people, discrimination,
health disparities, etc.

NARC recently released a summary report of efforts made by metropolitan planning
organizations (MPOs) to integrate public health factors and considerations into their
