This may of interest to some. FHWA and FTA are seeking transportation agencies to “beta” test a new planning Framework. The Framework is a step-by-step process for agencies to follow to encourage them to think holistically about the health impacts of decisions made in the corridor planning processes. As part of the Framework’s development, FHWA is seeking up to five agencies across the country to test the Framwork during an upcoming or active corridor study. Although there is no direct funding allocation associated with this opportunity, technical assistance will be provided by a consultant lead research team.
