FYI - I was recently sent a link to this Toolkit which is meant to help the general public figure out how to voice their ideas when their community is engaged in the process of making transportation decisions. It will help them learn about laws and policies that give them the right to participate in transportation decision-making processes. It will also help them learn how to take advantage of opportunities that occur during the process of planning, funding, designing, building and maintaining transportation projects.
