Hi, Eloisa
If allowed, I would like to share a paper written by me for the coming WCTRS
conference.
In this paper, I investigated the relationship between urban form and health
by incorporating a comprehensive health-related QOL measure and a
comprehensive set of influencing factors. To measure the health-related QOL,
I adopt not only physical health, but also mental health and social health
based on a SF-36 survey method. To my knowledge, I have seen any paper in
transportation looking at the health condition from all these three aspects
as well as a rich set of influencing factors. The methodology that I used is
an interdisciplinary approach. I conducted the survey via the Internet, with
respect to a sample from major Japanese cities.
Best regards
Junyi ZHANG
