I am writing to share: 2020 Census staff in regional offices are saying that Participant Statistical Areas Program (PSAP) instructions and data distribution should begin *next week*, regardless of federal gov shutdown. Multiple sources confirming this. So… If you are a MPO or regional planner who registered for Census PSAP work, watch your snail mail a week from now.
