I am writing to share:  2020 Census staff in regional offices are saying that Participant Statistical Areas Program (PSAP) instructions and data distribution should begin next week, regardless of federal gov shutdown. Multiple sources confirming this. So… If you are a MPO or regional planner who registered for Census PSAP work, watch your snail mail a week from now.
