If you are using TransCAD, we have created a CD for each state that contains
all the geographic layers from TIGER (e.g., blocks, block groups, tracts,
counties, streets, MCDs, places, etc.) with all of the P.L 94-171 population
and race data joined to it. The cost per state is $495. You can get either
seamless state-wide databases or the databases clipped into counties.

redistricting can be joined or related to the tiger 2000 blocks? the

cut didnt seem to work the block IDs dont seem to be
right or something?
Looks like it may work for Tract though...
