[CTPP] TAZ Training Workshops in February

This is a follow up to Elaine's email. Will you be responsible for creating the TAZs and/or the "new" Traffic Analysis Districts for the 5-year CTPP data in your state or MPO? Will you need to know the process or be managing a TAZ/TAD delineation effort? There will also be a demonstration by Census Bureau staff of the delineation software that MPOs and States will be using coupled with ample time for Q and A.
