RE: [CTPP] Question on 2010 Census data and linking to the Access file

Here are instructions that Mara Kaminowitz of Baltimore Met Council provided to the CTPP listserv in February, on the PL-94-171 files. Maybe Mara is also working on instructions for the new profile sheets! Also, I have attached some AFF2 instructions that Linda Clark of the Census Bureau Regional office in Seattle developed.
