Yes, 2005-2009 was 2000 census tracts/BG (there were a couple of exceptions - see the link
below) and 2006-2010 was 2010 census tracts/BG. However, for places, the CDP are from
the census but the boundaries for incorporated cities/towns reflect the boundary as of
January 1, 2009.

* New version of the TIGERweb viewer application with the following

o New tool to compare entities from two different vintages

* An additional viewer, TIGERweb2010, dedicated to Census 2010 data
