Chuck.. Only the 5% PUMAs will be in the UA Census 2000 TIGER/Line files. Hopefully they will be on-line by tomorrow evening. When we come out with the 2002 TIGER/Line files this fall, they should have both (the 1% being a superset of the 5%). The file layout for the UA 2000 TIGER/LIne files is at: http://www.census.gov/geo/www/tiger/tiger2k/ua2kch6.pdf We will post the layout for the 2002 TIGER/Line files in a couple of weeks. There will be major changes in the file layout (added/deleted record types) to account for the deletion of 1990 geographic codes, and the addition of current geographic codes.
