Yesterday evening the house approved in a roll call vote an amendment to
H.R. 5326 (Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies
Appropriations Act, 2013) to end funding for the ACS. It is unlikely
that this action will go further (the senate is unlikely to follow
suit). But it sure is a wake up call.
