The 17th TRB Transportation Planning Applications Conference (TRBAppcon) is
scheduled for June 2-5, 2019 in Portland, OR. In order to continue the
tradition of success with this conference series, we are seeking your
assistance in soliciting presentation abstracts to be considered for the
conference program.
Do you have something you're working on that your transportation planning
peers might like to know about? Do you have an idea for a workshop or
discussion panel on a particular topic? Perhaps you have a case study of a
particular technique or planning application that would be well suited to a
Case Study Discussion Panel? Are there tools that you or your colleagues
would like to learn more about? Is your organization finding new ways to
reflect the changing times in your long-range plans?
Attached to this email, you will find the TRBAppcon2019 Call for Abstracts
with details on possible topics, session types and submittal specifics. In
an effort to assist you in your abstract considerations, we have created
Abstract Submittal Guidelines which are attached as well. Please consider
submitting an abstract and sharing the call with peers and other affinity
groups you think might have an interest in participating. Please note,
abstracts are due by midnight, September 7, 2018.
