I am not sure if this is what you are looking for, but if you download the
summary file data at
<http://www2.census.gov/acs2005_2009_5yr/summaryfile/2005-2009_ACSSF_By_Stat
e_All_Tables/>
http://www2.census.gov/acs2005_2009_5yr/summaryfile/2005-2009_ACSSF_By_State
_All_Tables/ there should be a text file in with the estimates called
"g20095md.txt" or something similar for your state. This is the LOGRECNO to
geography relationship table. It can be linked to the estimates in Access or
ArcGIS.

Subject: [CTPP] Geography file in ACS 2005-2009
Hi everyone,
I was trying to merge the geography file with the estimates file in ACS
2005-2009 5 Year data. I could not find the geography file which had
Summary level, State, county and census tract FIPs as we had for Census 2000
and even Census 2010 summary files. The ACS documentation is rather very
unclear and does not seem to be in order. Any remedies or suggestions?
Thanks,
Sulabh
