Dear Everyone -- We try very hard to keep this listserv focused on Census data issues. So, I apologize in advance for breaking our own rules! However, just in case you are interested, the FHWA Office of Planning, Environment and Right-of-Way, together with the Resource Center Planning Team has JUST issued a newsletter. It covers a broad list of topics and includes several course/workshop announcements. MORE on topic to the CTPP listserv-- We recently issued a CTPP Status Report, and we hope many of you will participate in the TRB Urban Data Committee's project on Downtowns (see page 2). We are always looking for state and MPO applications of Census data to share. Please let me or Nanda Srinivasan know if you would like to prepare a brief article for the next issue!
