Michelle:
Vehicle availability data from Census 2000 is available on American
Factfinder, at:
http://factfinder.census.gov/
Select Summary File #3 (SF3), then select Tables H44 through H46.
These particular vehicle availability tables are available down to the
census block group level.

I work for a small
metropolitan planning organization in Minnesota. We are
looking for some statistics. Does anyone know where I could find
information regarding automobile ownership per person or household. I would
appreciate any help that anyone could provide.
Sincerely - Michelle Musser
