Yes. There are data in the ACS. However, the disability definitions and
questions have changed since 2000 and in previous additions of the
ACS. The latest change occurred in 2008. Because of this the
disability data are only available in the 1-year file (at the moment).
The new 3-year file should have the disability data (2008-2010). The
ACS data are not comparable to the Census 2000 data.
