There is a SAS program to convert SF1 data (ftped) into a SAS file. It is available at http://www.sascommunity.org. One has to log in but it is free. A search for "sf1" leads to the programmer Mike Zdeb's profile and his postings. The most recent posting is the SF1 conversion program. I tried the program with Delaware data and it is very easy to use and works fine. For those who do not have SAS, John Blodgett's extraction program works fine. Output can be in comma delimited, pdf, html, dbf, SAS, etc. I am grateful to both of these generous persons.
