Don't forget that the EEO flows are "swiss

Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) tabulations provide flows at both
county and
place level. They are available at AFF. FHWA and AASHTO
developed a tutorial on how to access EEO county flows (Just change
geographies to places by yourself) and the link is:

Subject: [CTPP] subcounty flows data
Can someone please tell me quickly:
Can I get the new 06-10 commuting flows data for the City of Detroit
vis-a-vis
surrounding counties? If so, where's the file? I looked on AFF
and didn't see it.
Thanks.
