I just wanted to share a tiny nugget of wisdom I just learned on AFF2:
Have you ever wondered how/why it is that you sometimes get grayed-out
'search results' boxes? At least one reason is that you have selected a
geography for which data is not available. If you have selected multiple
geographies, and only one of them is a 'data not available' geography, AFF2
will still give you a grayed-out search result box, and you have to start
over. There is no prompt telling you when data is not available for a
geographic selection, so far as I can tell.
I hope this helps other users. I tried sending an e-mail to AFF2 through the
'feedback' prompt but first it told me my message was too long, then when I
reduced it to within the it just refused to take my feedback anyway.
Evidently they don't really want feedback. Given the abysmal quality of
their product, I can see why.
