When will 2000 census data be released for census geography (Tracts, block groups, blocks)
for the state of Kansas and where do I find it?

The only block data are from the short form questionaire and that is all
out (SF1, SF2) and available for download from www.census.gov
The sample data for tracts and (sometimes) block groups will be out with
SF3, best guess seems to be June. The General Demographic Profiles for
states, counties, places and MCDs (not tracts) that are being released now
on a flow basis are SF3-like. I think the last of those are to be public
June 6th. But AFAIK there is no authoritative word as to when first SF3
files will be out. I don't think final technical documentation for SF3 is
even out yet.
