It had tracts at the workplace but I am not sure if it covered the the whole state. And then finding it is another issue. I know I have a complete set minus one state somewhere. If you can find one of the CDs even though you can not extract the data without the extraction software look on it to see if there are any PDF files with documentation stashed on it. Whether or not the TAZes aggregate to census tracts is unknown. 1990 CTPP do NOT include tract-of-work data for non-metropolitan counties? That’s my central question. a cost-reimbursable basis.
