Sorry, I misread TDM as TMA. There is no CTPP 2010, since there is no more Census Long Form. The CTPP based 5-year 2006 - 2010 ACS data (for all size geographies) is predicted to be delivered to AASHTO in January 2013, and hopefully will be available shortly after.
