[CTPP] FHWA Research Funds: STEP -- identify needs. DUE no later than November 10

Hi Everyone - The STEP funds require a 50% non-federal match. We do not know how much will be available in FY 2012, but it is worth trying, if you have any ideas and have local funds to support the required match.
