Thanks FYI I think there is something off with the file. It seems when I import the file into mysql OR open it in note pad the county FIPS code is truncated for Alabama Autauga county FIPS should be 01001 instead of 1001. We are able to work around this with a few clever SQL statements but for others it might present a challenge. Thanks again.
