Yes! They are mostly slivers but at least one is more substantial than
that. After all that effort we went to to use their software that forced
the TAZs to block boundaries, what was the point? I compared the 2010 TAZ
to several versions of the 2010 blocks in case a later release was used,
the TAZ layer doesn't match any of them.
