The data will be released with the data access software, which is August, 2013. There is
no plan to release the actual data earlier than August. But the Beta test version of the
software product will be available then end of June. If you want to be added to the
software Beta test list, you can let Penelope know. Her email is pweinberger(a)aashto.org.
