Ed: I'm glad to hear FHWA is thinking about a webinar on AFF2. I can't attend the one on July 19 anyway. A data request to my office just reminded me how AFF2 has forced us to limp when we thought we knew how to walk. I hate to tell a data user "Census 2010 data is essentially unavailable to you unless you can crack AFF2," but that's essentially what I had to tell somebody today. Beyond data sets we have already downloaded, the public is in its own. At least with some training I might be able to give tips to inexperienced users who are even more baffled than I am.
