Maptitude has features that make it very easy for a novice user to access
specific census information. You can create maps that display the data
(e.g., population by census tract, racial breakdown by census block) and
organize them into categories using the Map Librarian. To display a map, the
user selects the map category, then the map or maps within the category, and
then specifies the area of interest (e.g., city, state, ZIP, address, etc.).

Subject: [CTPP] Census software
Can anyone recommend an easy-to-use software program
for purchase for
walk-in public to be able to generate specific information (more
specific
than the census website) from the raw census data?
How can I be added to this list-serve?
Thank you,
