RE: [CTPP] Urbanized Area Boundaries

I tried the long URL (http://a257.g.akamaitech.net/7/257/2422/14mar20010800/frwebgate.access.gpo. gov/cgi-bin/getdoc.cgi?dbname=2001_register&docid=01-7690-filed.pdf ) and it didn't work, so I tried the short one (http://www.nara.gov/fedreg/index.html#top). Spent an hour searching for definitions of urban areas under every combination I could think of. Couldn't find any reference to new guidance for the 2000 census. Can you be more specific as to what I'm looking for?
