Once I get over my AFF2 phobias it will be fun to see if 2009 ACS(1) is an
annomoly year or not. I know when looking at the population totals in a
few areas (thinking Detroit) 2009 had some wild results. How this may
have carried through the data is just one of those curiosity questions.
When looking at the travel time graph in the sildes Nancy mentioned 2009
did look alittle like an outlier.
