Brian-Your guess is exactly correct. In most cases if a zone has no data it
will not show up in the table listing. There could be some exceptions to
this. The big exception would be if there were data for the missing zone but
for a different universe. I can't think of any obvious examples but I suspect
it could happen more with Part 1 data where there are more universes.
