[CTPP] ACS Content Review

I am on one of the community groups under the ACS Data Users organization, http://www.acsdatausers.org, and a post just came through about the ACS content review. It may be of interest to some so I am re-posting. "Possible changes to ACS Questionnaire The Census Bureau is considering changes to the ACS questionnaire, potentially dropping questions on field of degree and marital history. See: http://1.usa.gov/1v7N3p6 for more info. A Federal Register notice will be issued soon, where data users can provide comments." I checked out the link and the slides posted and although I did not follow the quadrant analysis that got to the answer, I did understand slide 16 which listed the questions that are to be candidates for removal. Fortunately I did not see any of the direct transportation questions on the list. We just have to wait for the Federal Register notice which is due out any time now.
