Just in case you have not seen it, I am attaching the latest document that I
have seen on the dissemination plans for Census 2000 data products. As
always, the dates are subject to change.
Questions should be directed to Louisa Miller in Population Division at the
Census Bureau.
Hope this will clear up any questions on when the standard products will be
available.

"sample survey file" (SSF) in the spring of '02. Or for us
old-timers, STF1 in Spring '01 and STF3 in Spring '02.
FWIW the dates I have through the SDC network are a little different. In a
Census document from February:
SF1 in Jun-Sep 2001
SF3 in Oct-Dec 2002
of course PL94-171 comes first, in March/April 2001 if I recall
correctly.
