For a while Cornell Univ was serving as repository for all the LODES/LED commuter data. http://download.vrdc.cornell.edu/onthemap/doc/ But their grant ended maybe 3 years ago – and main office of Census CES took on the data warehousing. Consequently, Cornell has not updated its collection in 3 years ?? I can forward your request – you are looking for Illinois – to the LEHD and CTPP listservs. Perhaps someone can hook you up.
