[CTPP] Proposed CTPP 3-year tables

Over the past two months a small group under the direction of the AASHTO SCOP Census Work Group that Jonette Kreideweis chairs worked on the development and refinement of a draft list of tables for the three-year CTPP data product. The tables will be populated with ACS data. This draft list of tables and variables will soon be distributed to the Census Bureau and others for finalization. Users are encouraged to look at the draft variable and table list to see if they will fit your needs.
