You may have already seen the Census Gateway page for 1990 at http://www.census.gov/main/www/cen1990.html. You may have already found out that most anything you click on refers you to AFF2, where, voila, there is nothing on 1990! However, the Missouri Data Center would be a good site to look at. If you want some quick tables, these are still available on the Census web site: http://www.census.gov/main/www/cen1990.html - This is the PL94 data, which may or may not help; and http://www.census.gov/geo/www/ezstate/MO.pdf - This is poverty data by census tract, again, of limited use by itself. As far as I know, AFF2 doesn't have 1990 data in it. You have to get it off of the Census Bureau FTP site.
