I am similarly concerned. we all expected the shift in workers but not so
soon. the overall increase is only about two-thirds of 80-90! Like so many
other facets of the problem - e.g. the zero car hh, this is heavily tied up
with the immigrant issue in the counts I think. There were signs of
increasing zero car hh's in 90 in the South West as immigrants became
significant. I hope that sf3 will clarify. Alan
