Haila, The flow data they are talking about is COUNTY-COUNTY Worker Flows. They will be available for public access at the CB website (http://www.census.gov/population/www/socdemo/journey.html) from noon on Wednesday, March 6, 2003. I think that the product is put on an "embargoed" website for the press to access it a bit earlier.
