The person selected for the Principal Planner position will work under the Director of the Integrated Regional Planning Program, and will act as project staff lead for Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) and Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) activities related to travel modeling, land use modeling, spatial analysis and application development, database management, travel behavior surveys, and general data cleaning and analysis. The Research Manager will oversee statistical analysis and modeling, the preparation of data-driven policy publications, the creation and analysis of new data resources, and stewardship of our Regional Indicators program.
