I didn't receive any e-mails from either you or TRB regarding the papers you've
asked me to review. I just "logged in" to the miracd web site, and, lo and
behold, I can see the papers you've asked for reviews.
Others may have the same problem, and I do recall that this was a problem (feature?) from
last year, as well....

I just finished the initial pass through of the papers
as you can see
from the emails arriving from the TRB software. what you can't see is
that 13 of our 18 deal with congestion and/or travel time either
measuring, predicting or analyzing it. since the papers don't fall
nicely into our individual areas of expertise some folks got a
disproportional amount--shawn turner and rich margiotta for example.
If the load is too much let me know or better yet, think about finding
other reviewers. We can certainly go outside the committee for reviews.
They have to be added to the software but that is something that I do on
my end.
I will keep you all posted on our progress as we work though this.
