[ABJ30] Agenda for January

Attached is our meeting agenda for the January meeting. For those making presentations we will have power point capabilities available. Let me suggest that you bring your presentations on either a "USB flashable drive" or CD rom. Should you want to send your presentation early, please get it to me no latter than January 6th. As you will see on the agenda, I have left a substantial amount of time for our traditional "members round robin". For our new members this is where we go around the room and hear from those who have items of interest to the committee. Some say this is the best part part of the meeting! Since time is short, folks are asked to take a few minutes and handouts are welcome. How many handouts to bring is always anyone's guess, but between 40 and 50 is usually a good estimate.
