This is a call for NCHRP 8-36 problem statements and other NCHRP research ideas for consideration by SCOP. Please consider whether there are any data specific topics that our Data Subcommittee may want to recommend to SCOP for consideration. Draft problem statements are due July 13th. If you have ideas, I encourage you to put a problem statement together. If you would like some help or a forum to bounce ideas off of we could schedule a conference call with subcommittee members or I would be happy to work with you.
