Planning for our Summer 2013 Meeting in WDC

ABJ30 Members and Friends, Our committee is one more than a dozen anticipating participating in a joint summer meeting June 10-12 in DC with the theme Meeting State & MPO Information Needs in a Constrained Fiscal Environment. The committees below have indicated interest in participating. TRB has booked meeting space at their NAS Building near the Mall. We anticipate starting Monday afternoon, June 10 and ending around noon on Wednesday, June 12. A major logistics next step is booking hotel space. To help TRB get an idea of potential numbers at the meeting and needing hotel rooms, please use this link to give them your best guess on attendance and hotel needs. NOVEMBER 30th - last day for lower fees for TRB ANNUAL MEETING!!

ABJ30 Members and Friends, Tom Palmerlee just reminded me that November 30th is right around the corner - and that is the last day for the lower fees for the TRB Annual Meeting - You need to register online by November 30 to take advantage of the lower fees, to obtain a hotel guest room, and to gain full access to the Interactive Program (available in November).
