It would also be beneficial to collect data on injuries to pedestrians distracted by texting and speaking on cell phones crossing intersections and just walking along sidewalks that have obstacles. It is particularly dangerous when both pedestrians and drivers are distracted.
Hi all,Everyone's probably already seen this story, but it's significant for California.California's had a hands-free requirement for adult drivers and an all-out ban since July 1, 2008, and we are seeing a reduction.
