That's excellent news!! Congrats! And I'll second the interest in listening in remotely to the meeting. Sadly, I will not be at TRB this year.

It is good news, but just a starting point.  For committee meetings TRB
does not provide speaker phones that I know of. I do know that in past
years they have done some experimenting. That said, if someone wants to
use a cell phone to conference out that could be an option. I will say
that given how crowded the room typically is would be a challenge for
any conferencing system.
