Subject: TRB 2024 AME70 Committee Meeting & Events

Dear Committee Members and Friends,

We are just a few days away from the upcoming 103rd Transportation Research Board (TRB) Annual Meeting and are very excited about it!

Attached is the agenda for our committee meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, January 9, 2024, from 8 AM to noon (US Eastern Time), at Marriott Marquis, Independence Salon D (M4), Washington, DC.

We have a full agenda, featuring various opportunities to network, socialize, visit posters, hear from each other, celebrate, enjoy presentations from our fantastic lightning speakers, and define a path forward for our research agenda and other committee activities. Hope you can join us!

For those who may not be able to join TRB in person, we will provide a virtual connection for the last two parts of the committee meeting as listed in the agenda (with login available starting at 9 AM ET). Note that the quality of the connection will depend on the conference hotel bandwidth given the various simultaneous events, but we hope to make it work.

The last page of our agenda includes a list of all podium, poster, and workshop sessions that we are sponsoring or co-sponsoring this year. We hope you can join us for these wonderful sessions.

We look forward to seeing many of you soon!

Thanks, and have safe travels!

Ipek
